I am selling my 1984 C&C 41. I have owned the boat for 9 years and made the offshore passage between Massachusetts and Caribbean 4 times. The only reason I am selling is because I am moving up in size. All pictures are recent.The boat has new sails, bimini, dodger. Edson cockpit table. 2005 Yanmar diesel in great condition with 100amp Balmar alternator (2015) with external Balmar regulator. New in 2014 poly 28 gallon fuel tank. Adler Barbour supercold-machine refrigeration which makes ice even in the warm waters of the Caribbean installed 2012. Equipped with reverse cycle heat and air conditioning through shore power. In May of 2015 bottom was stripped, new barrier coat and bottom paint applied. Rudder rebuilt in 2011. Lead fin keel draws 7'10". New Garmin chartplotter with charts for US east coast, Bermuda, and Caribbean at helm and nav station and instruments in 2011. Computer and 19" flatscreen with Nobletec charting software networked to all NMEA devices. Garmin VHF with mic at helm. AIS receiver. Garmin 18HD radar networked to both plotters. Handheld VHF and charger at nav station. Excellent oversized Simrad autopilot installed 2010 with wired remote, new motor 2014, spare brushes onboard. 3000 watt Xantrex inverter/charger. 2x8D AGM batteries new 2016. Starting battery new 2015, windlass battery new 2015. Lewmar anchor windlass with new motor and gearbox 2016 with wireless remote. 35lb Lewmar Delta anchor on bow roller with 100' 3/8" chain and 150' 5/8" line. Electric head and 10 gallon holding tank with hoses replaced 2015. Iridium satellite phone. 6 man Avon life raft inspected through 2018. New interior cushions 2005. Self-tailing primary and secondary winches. 85 gallons fresh water. All interior lights converted to Imtra LED. 12 volt fans throughout boat (2011). Hella LED spreader lights. LED cockpit light. Swim ladder. New lifelines. All side-stays replaced 2014. Hydraulic boom vang and backstay adjuster resealed/rebuilt in 2014. EPIRB. Phillips 24" tv with antenna and DVD player.
