Irwin Citation 31', 1983, Lake Oolagah, OK. This is a solid example of the Irwin Citation 31. I acquired this Citation to refurbish and sail. Now, here's the list of things needed: This is the perfect opportunity to get in on the ground level and develop value in a great boat. The deck looks great. No cracks or delamination found. The hull is shiny and doesn't show any damage.
I have been sailing this boat as is. You do not need to put any money if you want to just sail it!
However, your wife/girlfriend may want some finer things inside....
The running rigging is good for another few seasons. The standing rigging all looks great. Specs: LOL 31.25 ft, beam 11 ft, displacement 9300 lbs, draft 4'6”. No trailer or cradle is included in the price.A lot of people want to buy it but are concerned about transporting it to the Gulf. The boat is located on Oologah Lake. The lake has a direct connection with Arkansas River (M 40 - marine highway ), which will take you straight into the Gulf.I am relisting the boat because of non payment. DO NOT BID unless you are willing to pay. Otherwise I will give you a negative rating.
