1976 27' Catalina Sailboat. I bought this boat as a summer rehab project. Unfortunately unemployment has led me to cut my projects. Boat shows her age, with normal fiberglass spider cracks, however it was a well cared for boat. I have yet to try and start engine, as the battery was dead when I bought her a couple months ago. Marina who sold her to me said they winterized the engine when it was put on the hard a couple years ago, but the previous owner quit paying their storage fees, so now her she is. Sleeps 5, Boat has a Head, with a storage tank, and Macerator. All the Cushions will need to be Cleaned or Re Covered. Comes with 4 bags of sails. Original to the boat Main Sail with Catalina Insignia and Boat Hull Number, two Jib Sails, and a Colorful Spinnaker. The Atomic 4 engine turns over freely, it has the original to the boat Atomic 4 Manual, and the Hand Crank. I have rebuilt these engines in the past, that were completely locked up, and they are great little engines. This one should just need a tune up. Interior much Nicer than pictures,, been cleaning her out. hooked a temporary battery source and got bilge completely cleaned, Really nice inside,, i'll try to get some recent inside pics. The 30' Trailer was Built / Modified for a sailboat. has Two Axles each rated for 4800 Pounds. 9600 Pounds total. Sailboat weighs 6800 pounds, I pulled her home approximately 100 miles No Problems. Has all the proper lighting and all four wheels have electric brakes. The trailer was a camper, but the place that sold it to me sold it as is with no title. Just Bill of Sale. That is how it will be sold with the boat on it. Please feel free to ask any questions. I believe that the sum of all the parts equal more than the asking price.
