Here for sale, very reluctantly, is my Mercury Quicksilver 380HD, which is pushed along nicely with a Mariner 10hp, 2 stroke outboard. It is sat on a brand new, 350kg, bunked 'Extreme' trailer. (still under warranty)
The boat itself, is immaculate, as is the engine. The engine had a full service in October at Birchell Marine, at Paignton Harbour. New impeller, gearbox oil, spark plug, fuel filter, and carb was cleaned. It runs like a dream, and starts 1st/ 2nd pull every time. Check out the youtube video link below, to see it in action. https://youtu.be/EN095M7fzosThe tubes hold air, and do not leak at all, and have no sun fading on them. This model is the ali floor, so a lot more robust than the plywood version. The floor is also covered in a perforated soft foam for comfort.
As this boat has an inflatable keel, and not a rigid fibre glass hull, the boat also packs and folds down, and can be carried in the boot of most cars, which is very handy if you tow a caravan, but want to take the boat aswell.
I had a bow canopy / spray dodger made for it, Jan 2016, and this makes a huge difference, and more comfortable for driver and passengers, if the weather changes.
On the trailer, there is a spare wheel, and I also had 4 x docking poles made and fitted. this makes launching and, especially recovery very easy, if doing it single handed.
There are 2 x bench seats,(brand new, the one in the pictures has been replaced) which can be added or removed as you wish, and a storage bag which hangs from one of the seats. Also included, is 20 litre fuel tank with hose and connectors, and 2 x paddles, ratchet straps.
