A 30 foot all steel narrowboat built by Peter Nicholls in 1978,bsc to May 2017, 3 berth in the form of a single bunk and a double (seating).This is an immaculate boat for its age which had some plating done to the counter swim following a survey which was carried out in November 2015,It has been blacked in Feb this year and has had a fresh coat of paint both internally and externally.There are many receipts with the boat showing its routine maintenence and upkeep.The engine is a BMC 1.5 raw water cooled which runs faultless, starts first time , it brought me back from Banbury to Tamworth some 60 miles in April this year without a hitch.The other points to mention are,12v and 240v points, plus 600w inverterPaloma water heater working perfectlyThetford cassette toiletShower and wash hand basinBoatman wood/coal solid fuel burnerAll cables, landlines, mooring pins, winluss,s includedAll crockery and cutleryNew button fenders on the bow and sternfire extinguishers and blankets etc.The boat is moored at Tamworth cruising club (kettlebrook) on the Coventry canal and is visible from the towpath sideThis is a super narrowboat and you are invited for viewings any evenings after 6pm by calling me on 01827 67212
