A classic shoal draft yacht from the board of the famous designer Maurice Griffiths, who was also the founding editor of Yachting Monthly. All cleats are securely fastened. Hardwood grab rails are secure, having recently been coated with waterproofing. Windlass is manually operated Simpson Lawrence double action anchor windlass mounted on the foredeck. All sea cocks are secure.  Manual bilge pumps are fully functional.  Wooden escape hatch needs a new hinge.  Insulated waterproof carpet lining installed in V-Berth.  Some thermal foil insulation installed throughout.  Current location is near Reading, in the water on the River Thames.  I will work with the buyer to arrange cranage (crane very near) and transport at your expense or you may collect and cruise to London and then onwards.  Delivery on the Thames or near London could be arranged also at your expense. Will accept viewings/test runs from truly interested buyers; postcode RG92AR.  Happy to answer any questions, send more pictures, speak on the phone etc. Thanks for looking.
