Project 31 - built in 1973, thirty one feet ten inches of sea going hull, capable of continuous, economical cruising over a wide range of speeds. This is a great classic motor cruiser for all the family and friends with great space throughout and over 6' head room in the main cabin. Fitted out to a high standard and in good general condition for the age of the vessel. The open plan living accommodation consists of two single berths in separate forward cabin and a large (5/6 seater, about 7 feet long) dinette / double berth in the main cabin. Well equipped galley that was newly fitted by current owner. Aft of this is the separate large toilet compartment with its own wash basin and shower. The big self draining cockpit is one of the best features of the 31. It is large enough to take up to ten people without crowding and at the aft end, over the engine compartment, there is a full width upholstered seat. This can be used as a further double bunk (if you need to sleep six). Below the cockpit deck is a considerable amount of stowage space. Twin Nissan SD33 diesel engines 108hp are fitted with twin Volvo 270 outdrives. Engines serviced in 2015 and outdrives in 2013. Anti fouled in 2013. Boat safety certificate until 2018. Currently lying at Buckden Marina, St. Neots. And registered with the Environment agency for the Anglian waterways.Following equipment was renewed since 2013Jabsco Sea toilet, Waeco fridge 12v, Nelson gas cooker/grill with 2 burner hob, New carpets through out, 500w Solar panel with charge controller and all internal light bulbs are led. 240 v Shore power fitted with RCD protection with sockets and immersion heater.
