The Invader 22 is an ideal starter boat for family cruising. It has 3 single berths and 1 double berth. It has 5'8" of headroom, a sink, a twin hob stove and a separate toilet compartment.'Sea Invader' could use some TLC in a few areas as you would expect for a 35 year old boat, but nothing that couldn't wait until the end of the season - since she is generally in pretty good condition as you can see from the photos.NOTE: THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE OUTBOARD MOTORThe outboard is a low hours Honda 5HP 4-stroke which is available by separate negotiation.Sea Invader is currently on a pontoon berth on Hayling Island. I live locally so normally I can be fairly flexible over viewings - this week I could do thursday eveniong or Friday (3rd). I would strongly advise anyone to view a boat before buying. Please call or text me to make an arrangement.A few points be aware of;1. the forehatch seen in the first photo was replaced by a fixed watertight wooden plate (shown in picture 5) due to some damage to the original.2. the two wooden locker tops in the cockpit could use some TLC they are sound, but need re-varnishing.3. the runners to the main hatchway could also use some TLC, they are worn but serviceable4. I have removed the GPS unit as part of the sale since it appears to have an intermittent fault.Key measurements and a list of equipment follows;Length: 22’ Beam: 8’ Draft: 2’8” (Bilge keels) Displacement: 1500kg Headroom 5’8” 1 double berth and 3 single berths in 2 cabins Saloon cabin has ‘dinette’ configuration Sink Double hob cooking Chemical toilet in separate compartment VHF radio Echo sounder Barometer Fire extinguishers Warps Fenders Horseshoe lifebuoy boathook 1x mainsail – slab reefing, not new but in reasonable condition 1x foresail, not new but in reasonable condition Standing rigging included baby-stay and dual forestaysDanforth style anchor Windex Note she does not come with a trailer - the buyer will be responsible for storage fees at the marina, from one week after the sale.For this new reduced price, I will need the full amount by bank transfer on the day of sale.Thanks for looking - please feel free to call or txt me on 07796 338020 if you want to discuss anything.
