DELIVERY INCLUDED IN PRICE. built in 1995 and never been completed i have installed the kitchen, plumbing, water heating, sea toilet, beds, carpentry, fridge, microwave, sinks, water tank, pump,basin,deck, all upholstery etc ust needs a marine engineer to put the existing engine into action. i have spent 8000 on these works and i bought it for 12000. New bespoke canvass. i run a busy busy business that eats my time so i am unable to devote the time it needs. shipping can be easily arranged. comes with hard standing support with wheelsthings to be done to finish: prop shaft connectionexhaust connectionsteeringcooling circuit
