Up for sale is our 1984 sea ray 270, 27'7" length. It has a wide 10' beam. Plenty of power with a big block 454. The motor only has 610 hours. Cruse speed 25 knots and top speed of 35.  Very roomy with the aft cabin, it will sleep up to 6 people. Has heat for cold nights and air conditioning for hot days. Majorty of these boats don't have air! An over sized, larger than the original,  swim platform. And hide away aft seat on the transom. All cushions and seats are in good condition with no holes or tears.   She has two sets of canvases. The camper canvas is in great condition. The bottom was just painted.
