Hello, welcome to the sale of my Princess 45. Very reluctant sale as want to emigrate. Here is a little bit about her. Had the boat about four years with the intentions to live aboard of which i didn't do, so inside is set up as comfortable live aboard everything you would have in a home is there. Here is a list, hot and cold water, three showers,two toilets, two cabins one on suite, electric and gas hob, microwave oven/grill, two fridges, freezer, washing machine, separate tumble dryer, TVs in every cabin, Hi Fi, 1000 litre water tank, new upholstery, new carpets throughout in soft light grey, upholstery in cream. All wood is teak. Anything else that comes to mind we will add.Power supply....... shore power, generator 5kva, 24 volt power supply, 12 volt power supply, inverter power supply and when engines are running, engine power supply. Central heating. This princess 45 is two cabin type with kitchen/diner. Saloon being upstairs, best layout Princess have made. We will have more pictures of inside shortly. last year took her up the Thames, found with the low sporty radar arch could get as far as Windsor bridge, just had to lower the ariels.
