Beautiful 2005 8' by 30' CATARMARAN CRUISER Lil HOBO VAGABOND Fiberglass Pontoon House boat with 2006 60 HP 4-STROKE MERCURY Outboard Motor including a Heavy Duty Galvanized Steel Bunk Trailer with all new wheels and tires. This houseboat, motor and trailer are all in outstanding condition. This houseboat has sat on the trailer much more than it's ever been in the water because the owners did not have a slip for it. It is a trailerable houseboat that is road legal on all roads in all states and provinces. I am very confident it could safely be towed anywhere in the country on this trailer. The kitchen has a sink, stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer that are all in good working order. It has a dining booth that converts into a bed. The enclosed bathroom has a flushable toilet. Whereas most Lil Hobos have porta potties. It has fresh water and black water holding tanks. There are two showers... one in the bathroom and one on the back deck. The one on the rear deck can be used to put water on the slide. It has two sleeper sofas so it sleeps from 3-6 people (depending on how big they are.) It is all set to hook up to shore power and comes with a shore power cord. However, it does not have a generator, although you could always put one in or solar panels could be put on the roof. It has a rear entry ladder to get into the boat from the water or onto the boat when it's on the trailer. It also has a ladder to the upper deck and a good water slide. The upper deck can be used for lounging, sun bathing and sliding into lakes. The cabin has two sliding glass doors with screen doors in the front and back and it has several large tinted sliding glass windows with screens. There aren't any chips or cracks in the sliding glass doors or windows or any tears in the screens. It has flip down glass protector for the front windows and sliding glass door to prevent damage from rocks, etc during transportation. This houseboat and motor were in use last summer and fall. We have started this motor up several times this spring and it runs really good. We can start it up anytime for anyone who wants us to. I towed it over 200 miles on this trailer and it pulled real well. This houseboat and motor has never been in any salt water. There are no leaks in the roof or anywhere in the cabin. This boat and trailer are currently registered in Minnesota until 2018. The titles for this house boat and trailer are both clear without any liens on them. These photos in the lake were taken last summer and are not the best quality; but I just took the rest of the photos. This houseboat is priced at about $40-50,000 less than what new Lil Hobos this size and style sell for with a new motor and trailer. This is a private person to person sale so there is no MN sales tax.
