Moving in 18-24 months, and boat cannot go.  This 1980 Hunter 30 is a well maintained cruising boat, berthed near Annapolis.  Previous owner equipped boat for ICW cruising, including dual anchors, Danforth and plow; I replaced sails.  New Quantum custom sails, used about a dozen times.  Extremely reliable engine and electrical system, pressurized fresh water.  Dry, solid boat.
