Over the past 18 months this vessel has undergone a thorough restoration.Interior hull and bilge area repainted, Mahogany  interior has been refinished.  New Lexan portlights.
Original Origa two burner stove.  Custom cabinet for 8 place setting of dishes & SS flatwear, all inscribed with "Mistress" insignia.  Plates, bowls, cup & saucers, liquer and water glasses.
All interior foam cushions for V berth, quarter berth and salon are good but NOT recovered.  New owner would want to choose the decor.
All hoses (water, drain, fuel lines,scupper drains) are new.  All through-hull fittings have been inspected and rebedded.  Fifteen gallon fresh water tank.  8 gallon SS waste tank.
All electrical circuits have been rewired to marine standards.  120 volt shore power.  Full complement
power panel, auto bilge pump & new float valve.  Analog voltmeter with three battery  bank capacity,
Electronic three stage battery charger.  Stern power panel with DC outlet and power for Symrad auto-
pilot.Engine:  Albin 022 Combi,  2 cylinder gas engine rated at 12 hp.  Complete rebuild (rings, bearings, valves,
seals).  Approximately 1 hour run time on rebuild.  Transmission rebuilt (bearings, seals, new cutter bearing).  Eight gallon stainless steel fuel tank.  Misc spare parts:  dist cap(s), rotors, points, condenser, plug wires, gaskets, generator drive belt.Hull:  Fitted with skeg rudder and keel trim tab, operated from cockpit.  Mast is keel-stepped.  Below the waterline, hull was sanded to gel-coat,  two-part epoxy barrier coat has been applied to manufacturer specification (three coats - 12 mil thickness).Deck:  All deck fittings were removed and re-installed using 3M 4200 sealer.  New non-skid deck paint.
All the teak has been either replaced or refinished.  Winches rebuilt.   Sail inventory:
