New Info & pictures from the owner:I found this picture of her being put in the water. Fin Keel w/a draft of 5'10". The other picture is so you can see the radar & radar reflector. He says that she has a 2KW Raymarine radar, gps, C-120 chart plotter Raymarine 10", a Force 10 propane heater, saltwater pump at sink, 100' of 5/16 HT (?) chain, 35 lb. CQR anchor, 300' of 5/8 anchor line, second (fluke type) storm anchor, 2 aluminum propane bottles (10 lb each), knot meeter, depth sounder, mast mounted radar reflector, vhf radio.
It also has a custom chart table seat designed by Frank Butler (the owner of Catalina) especially for this boat!

This lovely sloop was used exclusively for weekend get-a-ways. What a great retreat, sailing into the sunsets of Maine, mooring where ever your heart desires for two, three or more days in complete serenity away from the hustle and bussle of life. Enjoying the perectly fit cabin with every ammenity, sipping wine on her deck with friends and family. She is in immaculate condition, inside & out. Currently in Maine, it can be viewed by appointment at Gamage Shipyard, in Bristol Maine.
