1994 Boston Whaler - Rage 14 Hull - Converted to Outboard The Rage 14 originally came with a jet drive. So I decided to convert the hull to an outboard. As you can see from the pictures, the engine compartment is empty, with the exception of a bilge pump. The cockpit is self-bailing. The hull and the bottom is in great shape. A guy from Regulator Marine fiber glassed the bottom, transom and built the outboard bracket. We picked the boat up by the bracket and it weighs 930 lbs. I was going to put a 60 to 115hp on it but a friend sold me another boat similar to this one. This would be a great project to get ready for the summer. it is in Hertford, NC at Timmy's Marina 252 426 5837and he has a used 85 Yamaha he can put on it for $2500. Call me if you are interested.
