This is not a new boat. You would be buying it as is condition. The good: The boat sails great. very fast and roomy down below. I have  several hank on jibs for the boat that are in good shape. 160%,140%, 140% high cut and a storm jib.  I may have other sails that go with the boat.I have spinnaker and spinnaker pole. The boat has a tiller that is stored in the shed out of the weather. Auto tiller pilot that worked when put away. The sides of the boat clean up and wax near perfect. When the boat was hauled and  it was painted with an expensive ablative bottom paint. the boat has the original barnacles on the bottom after painting. a while back I had new cushions made for the boat. The interior had the foam back carpeting removed and it was replaced with west system epoxy with an epoxy enamel paint to create a hard washable surface. The head is winterized (should work) and connects to a holding tank with a Y valve. The dinning table is stored in the shed along with the chart table.the engine has a new exhaust water exchange elbow. The Bad: The engine is winterized and while the boat has been sitting the fuel tank in the cockpit storage area had to be removed. A new tank could easily slide in its place. The hot water heater and water pressure pump have also been removed. I turned the engine over last year and ran it to pull more antifreeze into the engine.contact me if I can answer a quick question. 443-618-5894.This boat would need to be paid in full and removed from the house that it is stored at within a week of the close of the auction. The boat can not be worked on at its current location. There are several local marinas.
