heres the youtube link just copy and paste in youtubehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D40DgoKMtqU&sns=emmy little houseboat. its a dawncraft 20ft or 19ft grp boat. currently located on river lea in hackney. near springfield park/walthamstow marshes. londonits a great boat which is livable as is but also wants finishing.it has a 9.9 hp outboard engine which is either a honda or yamaha(more likely honda but cant exactly remember) in working order. was serviced when i bought the boat a year ago. new controll cables put on 2 months ago by engineer. its straight petrol .brand new battery bought 6 months ago. barely used . its all fully connected up ready to go . boat has boat safety cert which has just under 3 years left on it. outside has a deck which could do with a sand and needs support in center. boat was painted with proper grp boat paint.(international) 4 months ago. could do with touch up/filling /sanding down in some places. paint is listed on ebay around 20£ a tin.i hv quarter tin left so you can get exact match. roof on the back is a rubber roof membrane and completly watertight windows are perspex except 1 which is glass. has wooden hatch at the back.the boat was taken out of the water a year ago and the hull was painted and antifouled so good for a load more years. the hull is in great condition.inside there is a working stove which makes the boat real nice and warm. (cooks a stew well and jacket potatoes)there is cushions.the covers were custom made last year. lights in front are powered by 9v battery. solar powered lights in rear. 100watt solar panel to attach to batteries (needs soldered/repaired) and also another which currently connected to main battery an amp which is fully working/connected. which u can charge phone or listen to radio or attach cd player/mp3 etc.a canoe and oars. a dingy. half a tank of petrol

THE WOODEN EXTENSION IS SOLID .PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT MINT BOAT. some of my things were still in the boat at time of photos/video they hv now been removed. so suitcases/drums.guitar/tall draws/ and pile of stuff in back and speaker not inc in salethere is a slip way 5 mins away via canal if you wish to remove the boat for transportation. river licence for this is approx £140 for 6 months and insurance is £9 a month nothing else need to be paid for. so living in london does not get any cheaper than thisbecause its compact you can moor up anywhere. and turn around anywherecontrolls well. easy to stop/reverse. moor up and turncomfortably sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. but space for even more. im happy to show winning bidder the ropes with regards to driving/mooring up/going through locks etc if neededboat is currently on continuous cruiser licence and does NOT come with a home mooring.i will be at the boat on sat 6th may between 2 and 4 so anyone wishing to purchase can see it and have a look around. i work so this is only time i can be therei would suggest that if you are interested please do come and see it. it will be at walthamstow marshes on this sat. please let me know if you would like to view.please study the photos and watch the video before bidding. your bidding to buy. some of the photos have come up very bright. £200 deposit within 24hours after auction end rest cash on collection.serious offers considered. anything iv missed or questions please message me here
