I bought this boat in 2012 to prove to my family that I was able to sail safely. It's been a great starter boat, but now I'm looking to sell and upgrade to a newer boat.She is setup with mainsail, genoa and spinnaker. There is 1 double berth forward and a pair of singles aft. The kitchen is past it's best, so I used bottled water and a portable camping gas cooker.With the hydraulic lifting keel, she takes to the sand/mud quite well and I've cleaned her bottom on Ryde Sands a couple of times - draft with keel up is 0.6m. Note: she doesn't sit flat on hard sand - but that makes cleaning the bottom easier.As is common with boats of this size, there is limited headroom below, but I spend most of my time sitting when in the cabin which is not a problem.I think this review is the same boat type: http://www.naiadhome.com/eclipse.pdfCurrently moored in Ryde Harbour.
