This is a rather unusual opportunity to find such a relatively small sailing cruiser with 4 or 5 berths in 2 cabins, standing headroom and large dinette.  This is made possible by clever use of the offset to Port entrance companionway and allows for a very large dinette with drop down table to then form the base of the double berth.  Below the table is a large chart stowage locker and below all this is more stowage beneath floor. The Portside galley comprises a stainless steel 2 burner Gaz cooker with grill mounted in gimballs alongside the sink and fresh water pump with draining board and an abundance of useful lockers. The quarter berth is to Port adjacent to the galley with stowage beneath.Forward of the saloon is the toilet compartment offset to starboard which has a Portaloo type toilet, easily removed for a fixed flushing one if required. The forward cabin comprises 2 single berths which will sleep one adult plus one child.  The fresh water tank being inbuilt into the Port side below the berth.  An opening forehatch being fitted on the centreline.  Sail stowage beneath the berths.Throughout the interior there are many lockers and stowage compartments, and the boat is antifouled, on her trailer and ready to be launched when either her Yanmar has been re-installed or an outboard bracket fitted to the transom.Purchased by her previous owner in 1990  and brought here to Fambridge in Essex.

The boat has been dry stored ashore on her trailer for a number of years with the engine removed and winterised correctly at the previous owners home.  This being removed solely to protect it from a prolonged period of in hull storage, however, as it has been removed, the new owner has a choice of either re-fitting, or bolting an outboard bracket to her transom and using an outboard - and with her engine and sterngear being worth between £750 and £1000, you would have change from the outboard purchase. Your choice.Inventory1.  Mainsail by Williams, and in almost new condition and slab reefed. Leisure 23 insignia and number 144L.
