1985 36' PT Motoryacht.  It has been in the process of total remodel with a little left to go.  It has had total exterior repaint, new bottom and zincs. All new exterior cushions, and new bimini tops (not pictured).  Interior has had new teak paneling, all new cushions and new mattress.  It has new stereo and speakers with bridge controls.  All new batteries, engines were just checked over and heat exchangers removed and cleaned,  new water pumps and oil changed.  Generator is a westerbeke that was just completely rebuilt and has about 2 hours on it since rebuild.  It has 2 cruise air A/C units that have a freon leak somewhere.  We charged them and they cooled great but have since lost the freon again.  Please excuse the pictures as they were taken before cleaning.  It is in a covered slip and can be driven for test drives.  Bottom was completed at the same time of repaint (summer 2014) and will be hauled for new buyer and repainted if necessary.  It has a new garmin transducer installed but currently no electronics.  I do have a 2 station VHF and new antennas that need install.  It has a great floor plan with entrances on both sides to the main cabin, forward guest stateroom with blower control and half bath.  Master stateroom is large with queen size bed, seating area and desk area. Master stateroom has full bath with stand up shower.Engines are turbo Ford Lehman 225 HP diesels.  They run excellent!Fuel capacity 300 GallonsWater 150 Gallonsdraft 3'6"Remaining work is mainly installing the bimini tops, refinishing the hand rails, a little wiring such as installing the horns, and vhf etc.  Windlass in disconnected from the repaint and needs reconnecting.  We have never tested it.Exterior walkways were re-glassed with texture added but ran out of expoxy paint that was bought at west marine which we do not have locally so the bow and one side will need the final coat applied.  Please feel free to call and visit more about the boat.
