Please read everything. I do not answer questions that are addressed in the description.'59 Crestliner Patrol boat. Somewhat rare as many of these ended up in law enforcement and sold to the Panama Canal Zone. The 35hp Johnson I purchased 4 years ago from a re-builder in Texas. I have never run it. It has all controls and electric start.  The 1960 Evinrude 40hp can also be included if you wish. I have no history on this motor. It turns over when you pull the start cord good compression. It also has all controls.Motor Stands are not included (maybe with extra fee). The boat: Solid boat, it floats and doesn't have serious leaks. When it rains, it holds water nicely. All the seats have been removed and remade using marine plywood. Dense foam has been cut and glued in place. I have enough Red and White Marine Naugahyde with ribbing to cover all the seats.( I believe the Naugahyde is 100% imported Naugahyde from the rare English Nauga. WOW,.my attempt at humor)All the wood has been cut for the transom(inner and outer) and a new mahogany dash board is ready to go. What you see in the photos is what you get. The boat has a 100% transferable registration in my name. New York does not issue titles for boats before 1980. The trailer had new tires and bearings installed  years ago when I bought the boat. They have not been used or serviced since. They should be just fine.this project is being listed due to health issues (or lack there of). I have over $6000 invested. Reserve is WELL below that figure. A $500 deposit is required within 24 hours of completion via Paypal. The remainder is due in 7 days or at pick up. Cash works best. Any other form of payment must be cleared by me in advance.Boat will not leave my property until any payment other than cash clears my bank. This can take up to 2 weeks.  Boat can sit here for a month or so at no charge if paid for outside storage.Motors and parts are inside. I will assume no liability for the boat. It has been sitting there with no issues for 5 years though. Please check with your wife, girlfriend, lawyer or parent before you bid. Folks with no feedback need not bid without contacting me first. Check my feedback and bid to own. I am a 100% straight shooter and expect the same from folks who bid. I apologize for the lecture but once burned , twice learned. Non paying bidders will be reported promptly.I am located 1 hour south of Buffalo New York, no snow right now honest. You are most welcome to come out and inspect the boat before the auction ends. Please ask questions early. I do not always monitor my auctions in the closing hours. I would not want to disappoint some needing an answer. Thank you.
On Jun-27-16 at 16:42:34 PDT, seller added the following information:The trailer does NOT have a title or registration. It will come with a bill of sale only. The state I had this from used the car the trailer was attached to for those purposes. Thank you
On Jun-28-16 at 05:19:45 PDT, seller added the following information:A question came in asking if I would separate the 35hp motor from the boat and end the auction early. The boat motor and trailer all go as one package. Winner does have the option of taking the 40 hp Evinrude or not at no additional cost. The auction will run its course in fairness to those who have bid and are watching. Thank you for your interest.
On Jun-29-16 at 10:08:10 PDT, seller added the following information:A gentleman sent me a question stating he believed the boat to be a 1956. When I answered him I meant to post the information for all to see but did not click on "post" He may or may not be correct , I suspect he may well be. Folks out there in ebay land know their stuff. Please consider this if you bid. The boat is legally registered as a 59 and will be sold as such. You will be able to transfer to your name as such. Again, to end the "auction drama", my reserve is $3200.Thank you to all for your interest.Bob
