Re-listing due to non paying bidder! This boat is a project and was obtained from a sheriff's auction due to non payment. The buyer will be supplied with a letter stating ownership has been turned over and that the former owner has no further interest in the property. I have the letter already in hand from the sheriff's department. This boat has not been in the water in probably 8-10 years. It's been sitting on blocks at the marina. There is evidence of water damage in the cabin on some of the walls. Looks to be from leaking windows. Motor doesn't turn over. A new starter was installed in June 2015 by the marina. Receipts provided. The condition of the motor, outdrive, and hull integrity are all unknown. One boat stand is pushing through the hull. Buyer is responsible to have the boat hauled away. Storage is charged at a rate of $150 per month.
